Lovely modern room and friendly staff.

Good place with great amenities like a spa & wellness centre, restaurant, and coffee shop. The staff once helped return my forgotten jewellery. I highly recommend this spot, and I'm coming back for a holiday.

Perfect and excellent location not far from shops, bars and restaurants and the restaurant, good food. Modern, newly remodelled units provided with a balcony, relaxation beds plus the heating was working.

The beautiful double room offered a lovely modern design and a super comfy bed. I really appreciated the friendly staff. The hotel restaurant served tasty food, and I enjoyed the fine mountain view from my room.

The bathroom facilities felt a bit cramped for my liking.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection, though evening meals felt rushed with little time between courses. While the hotel is impressively clean and in a great location, the atmosphere was somewhat lacking was nice.

The week spent here was delightful, especially the spacious comfort double room that offered plenty of storage and a lovely atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its varied selections, catering to all tastes, ensuring my vegan companion had dining options as well. The ski room facilities were excellent, making it easy to prepare for our daily adventures up the mountain. The only downside was the lack of a top sheet on the bed, making it a bit uncomfortable to regulate temperature.

Good pick for a weekend respite in Mayrhofen, offering decent value for money. The rooms were clean, and I really appreciated the beautiful mountain views from my window. Bring your own water to save on costs.

The centrally located hotel offers a friendly atmosphere with excellent breakfast variety. The wellness area is a perfect spot to unwind after skiing adventures.

The absence of a top sheet on the bed made it tough to find a comfortable temperature, resulting in slightly disrupted sleep. Dinner service often felt rushed, with little time between courses, which detracted from enjoying the meal's pace. The wellness area lacked clear signage, causing confusion around appropriate dress codes, and the aroma therapy steam room was out of order, a letdown. For a half-board stay, it was annoying to incur extra charges for simple things like tap water at dinner.

The layout was very convenient, with a separate toilet from the shower area, perfect for three of us. We enjoyed the lovely round table with cushioned benches and a balcony for some fresh air. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options. Dinner was well-prepared and beautifully presented.

The breakfast here was really fresh and had a ton of choices, which was great. Plus, the location is awesome for getting around - it's super close to the Penken, some cool bars, and even the airport ✈️.
